This one was a joke I was playing to Jay Palliens at a Chemical Sensorial Analysis class. Basically, it's him as the Michelin logo. Take a close peep at the hairstyle. The point was to mention that he's beggining to look like a piglet LOL(?)... Sorry Jay, I guess your "fit" days are leaving you for good :P
